You are invited to our upcoming Men’s Retreat at Shocco Springs Conference Center in Talladega, AL, taking place from Friday, February 28 to Saturday, March 1. For just $125, you’ll enjoy all meals, an inspiring session with our special guest speaker, Tracy McMillen, and engaging breakout sessions led by our very own Crossroads ministry leaders.

Here’s more about Tracy:
Tracy McMillen grew up in rural Mississippi in an unchurched family, eventually finding faith during a revival in his late teens. After accepting Christ, he became deeply involved in church ministries, particularly student ministry.

In 1996, he pursued a career as a Game Warden with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks (MDWFP), excelling as a firearms instructor and armorer. Though Tracy initially planned to retire from this role, God’s call to ministry redirected his path. After wrestling with this calling, he surrendered in 2003 and became a student pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Fulton, Mississippi, later transitioning to Associate Pastor of Family and Missions in 2015.

Tracy’s journey also included earning a Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology. He is blessed with a wife of nearly 35 years, Michelle, three married children, and three grandchildren who bring joy to their lives.
